Some background to explain who I am and what I do:
My name is Andrew, though I have so many aliases that they aren't worth listing. The only two that are important to note are The Hands (as it is the name of many accounts of mine in various online places, including this one) and Tempist Opps. Tempist is far less frequently used, now of days.
I was originally a sketch artist, who found Photoshop in high school and received training. Now my work is primarially digital, though I do still sketch when I have the time. If I receive access to a scanner in the near future, you might see some of that as well.
I'm a junior in college, a writing major at that. It's a pity I can't spell. Maybe some prose will get thrown into this site as well. Who knows?
Along with art, I am a musician. My guitar is my blood, without it, I'd die. I'm a solo performer, as the last few bands I've been in were torn apart by egos and asses.
I'm a graphic designer/layout editor for Serpentine Magazine, the arts and literature publication of my school. In fact, a few of the pieces I've posted here are in the Winter '07 issue. Consider it a sneak peek, if you'd like.
I suppose that generally sums up anything that you folks might want to know about me. If you've got questions, don't be bashful. No one likes being full of bash.
Love, luck, and leverage.
-The Hands.

With the ocean above me

And grant me a life I can live
